Louis’s Hermes SMS Program

These Terms govern participation in the Louis’s Hermes SMS program operated by Gleason Network.

Program description

Louis’s Hermes sends personal, non-marketing reminders, calendar notifications, requested task updates, requested summaries, and service-status alerts to people who directly opt in.

How to opt in

Only the owner of a mobile number may enroll it. To opt in, text START to +1 667-222-1982 from that mobile number. By texting START, you consent to receive automated SMS messages from Louis’s Hermes. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency and costs

Message frequency varies based on the notifications you enable and requests you make. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP at any time to cancel. Reply HELP for help. For support, email [email protected].

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes; to interfere with the service; or to impersonate others. We may suspend or end access for violations of these Terms or applicable law.

The SMS program is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Delivery depends on your mobile carrier and device.
